I feel Oxford High school is my second home where I can express my views and opinions unhesitatingly . Ours is a team work in our department where our team discusses and concludes the decisions of our given project. My school has job security policy like creating good environment among students and colleagues , making clear and balanced understanding with mangement , producing annual progress to the school and their clients . Work culture is a friendly and coperative one. The management is the protectional shield to their emplooyees where they feel very secure and positive . My teammates are broad minded and positive thinkable where we do our work unitedly keeping aside our problems. Every annually we have training sessions and workshops where we learn the new innovations and adopt new skills and technology . The career growth is very superb which dont depend on performances but on their skills. Salari es are ggiven based on their patience work and companies growth .
