Client visits and meetings are done always by senior management only, even though middle management do the main work, missing out on exposure and connection opportunities.

Appraisals are above Industry standards might get saturated with time. Kind of work done here is amazing and something which is little bit niche... From finance perspective one can really say it is an excellent job. People here are very friendly and the learning curve is steady though flattens a bit over a period of time. No. Of hours a day might be extensive in most of the days work life balance in higher position get lesser and lesser but it covers all tgis up with quarterly and annual outings (upto 7) to keep the employee morale high.
