Due to covid 19 pandemic situation and similarly as this is a travelling business American Express Global business travel the business got 80 percent loss in which most of the employees were asked to go on loss of pay and at last the company has taken decision and given compensation for the same.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
