Osmos Multimedia is a place where every employee is treated as a true asset of the company. Apart from the amiable teammates, the boss is a person who keeps everyone motivated just by his presence. Assignments are time bounded but no one is treated as a criminal if the deadlines aren't met. You get ample of paid leaves and being sick doesn't bring curses along and the seniors are utterly careful of everyone's health. Goof ups are mostly tolerated and correcting the mistakes is taught at the Osmos Multimedia. Salary is nothing to worry about. Everyone gets paid a bit more than they deserve and appraisals are granted frequently. Overall, the last day at the office brings sheer sadness to the employee even if he/she might be moving for a better opportunity....Read More
