Osmos Multimedia is a place where every employee is treated as a true asset of the company. Apart from the amiable teammates, the boss is a person who keeps everyone motivated just by his presence. Assignments are time bounded but no one is treated as a criminal if the deadlines aren't met. You get ample of paid leaves and being sick doesn't bring curses along and the seniors are utterly careful of everyone's health. Goof ups are mostly tolerated and correcting the mistakes is taught at the Osmos Multimedia. Salary is nothing to worry about. Everyone gets paid a bit more than they deserve and appraisals are granted frequently. I have been working as a Technical Content Writer at the Osmos Multimedia and have learned a lot here. The company boss is always ready to teach new things and encourages the employee to excel in what he/she doed.
