I was not in service during lockdown.by that time I became ex employee

In credit department there is monopoly and not willing to take discussion in professional manner, everything goes as his personal problem and getting his ego hurt which is not good thing for employees as well as organization. Because of one person other employees shouldn't feel insecure interms of job and leave the company as I and others did in our branch. Pls train the credit people how to take feed back in professional manner. I don't know about other credit mangers of different locations but Bangalore credit manager is not professional while it comes to discuss about sanctions. If u ask questions file will be direct reject.😂😂. And gives 100s reasons to reject which are normally not happens in others files who don't ask questions.😂😂...Read More
