As I give the ratings for above mentioned criterias, work satisfaction is good but no job security because company have only limited projects in India, so no futher.... Allover the company work satisfaction is good because WDFC is a prestigious project of India.

This is the only civil company which does lay offs-Zero job security, do not join if they are offering contractual job. Also there HR’s do not support and will tell lot of lies. Toxic environment, zero learning, max appraisal is 10%, No work culture.
