If you want to learn yourself, you can as there is opportunity for more work and less staff. So you can volunteer to handle tough situations and those are the most valuable experiences in career. Salary packages are good.

Understaffed. No work life balance. False promises on job security Poor Team Management. No growth in Designation. False strategies for appraisal. Hard working staffs are overloaded. Lot of staffs do not perform and is not challenged by the management. Hence the hard workers to face the overload due to this.
