Every boss has the power to put pressure on team and team is very helpless. There would be a whistle blower, which directly reach to MD only. I think the current HR head is even not eligible for such big Goenka group.

No work life, if you really want to perform and show your advance skills. If you want to be there just follow only bosses rules. Their cat should not be out of pocket. Your self growth and increment, jus forget it....!!! Only bosses can have it.
