I take ownership wherever I work so no likes about orient

Dislikes

High level of humiliation , disrespect irrespective of your age , experience despite you are a better performer than others - high level of pure politics &ill treatment - poor knowledge of market and poor support by BUH / NSM / Category Heads - Top management is just surviving with leaders few like me - Top Management and HR recruit people without informing Team and absorb new manpower who is known to them despite they dont meet the basis experience or market knowledge level - If the CEO or MD of the company checks out with the employees and change the following two people will immediately bring growth to Orient Appliances- Salil kapoor-BUH & Ajay Rai-NSM All above information is true can be verified holistically- m least bothered if anyone who doesn’t like my above facts and try to block me - god will help us !...Read More
