In this organisation one worst manager with more than a decade experience no one will not work under him more than a week. Manager feels like he will know all things compared to qualified professional. He will not at all give proper KT.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
