As I am working in orchids from last 3 years. After corona school was working fine, but now the working environment is not good as principal here is toxic and do office politices. If you back answer her or say no to any work she will be back of your life. Still will make you work and call upto 11 pm in the night. Better go for ther school.

The management is partial, new employee are getting a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. They don't pay good to all the staff. Even they didn't give the May salary. 😕 Some people run the house only by themselves, they suffer alot.

Work Culture is super pathetic. Super pressure on students for giving results and hence teachers keeps giving pressure. Corporate work environment no skill development focus. Only do business nothing related to teaching. No leaves holidays to staff.

Everything I have seen there is to be disliked including the Principal. Everyday there is a resignation from staff. It indicates a lot to people who knows the meaning of it .
