There is no personal space, no ethics, no benefits, they come up with there own paying policy in middle if the pandemic and give you less workload and less salary, there is no personal space they will call you and ask to do their work during your personal time. And after working almost all day they don’t pay you even half of the salary. They ask you to give 3 months prior resignation but call you one day ask you to leave the job, also higher authorities are totally disrespectful towards teachers. Terrible. As I’ve mentioned:, Less pay No personal space They ask you to work at odd times even weekends Terrible higer authorities, especially the CEO Arvind. No incentives, just the salary which they cut into half or lesser than that
