Operations team is good personally when it comes to leaves and regularizations.

Work culture is pathetic in Kadugodi branch. People who enjoy their free time are never monitored. Employees never maintain the punctuality and regularity. Who works hard will get more work. Operations team is busy is corruption and showing wrong bills to the management. Some are involved in personal affairs with colleagues or subordinates. Only meetings and trainings, no proper process followed in Kadugodi branch. Please never think of joining in this branch. Tamil speaking and domination is more. Racism and nepotism is more by ignorant people. People show fake walk-ins and admissions but they continue to work pridefully with promotion. Our personal videos and audios will be shared in groups.
