This Company will hired in MNC Company such as Capgemini.Capgemini Company is client based company it works on email finally task is good.

It will work for another company such as contract based job (Capgemini) it will be only short time such as 4-5 months only.

Work Details

Generally, my work related to Insurance. Client request on email to enroll, update, changes and terminate in insurance at excel sheet. Overall my task is good but its works only 4-5 monthly So I am totally upset this company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
