In long term less learning for employees Low appraisal and no open communication regarding that Office space is not good uncomfortable chairs even broken and not replaced

Likes

They offer easy entry in semiconductor industry. Work life is good in comparison to manufacturing companies. Remote job is offered in tough times.

Dislikes

You need to constantly push for your growth, learning and even for your due credit. Politics is big time and some folks at higher level doesn't even understand the ground reality of work.
