If you want to build a career, dont join. Not recommended to join here for primitive age old work process. Even though the director is an Oxford Brookes pass out his hold is limited to the thought process of the higher management.

Salary deduction for being late. No casual leaves. Absence attracts direct salary deduction. Only sunday off. All other day full day working. No PF/ESI No job security

Job salary is not so good as i wish to expect, Cooperation with management & staff is not smooth,There is no systematic way of doing job,The growth of the company is low.

Generally speaking, there is no arranged instructions from higher level authority/management.Earlier,the account dept. does it's function as a team.Now the most of the works in relation with accounts is done by a consultant team.
