1) No proper work flow is followed. 2) No proper allocation of work everything comes at once. 3) No appraisal yet (company sent mail they will give hike on 20th June and nothing till today as usually other companies gives hike in April or the date of the employee join). 4) I still don’t understand why company don’t allow work from home?
