Plenty of camaraderie amongst staff.

Dislikes

It used to work only on submissive approach culture. Have reliably learnt that the Group is in deep financial crisis with some branches already closed down with a few more on the verge and staff salaries unpaid for several months together. Definitely an avoidable job option.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
