There’s zero management, work culture is so worst, there’s no job security like don’t have any kind of documentation and company policies they don’t trustworthy own their employees. My seniors was so unhelpful and Communication gap so much.

First thing his company owner was arrogant person and all the time they r planning about their employees. This company don’t follow the management rule if how running company. I made my own mistake which I did join such a organisation.

Worst Company... feild job no growth 3rd calss work.... u have to repair traffic signal in road..cut salary if u take holiday salary according to hour basis...if less hour less than 8 then less salary
