No proper management team,unskilled people on higher post and skilled people are working as a labour. Beacause management having no idea about skilled required for different post . example: Fresher engineer joined there as Development Engineer (I don't thinks fresher engineer is qualified for development Engineer) Experienced engineer (B.E) + IGTR they offered operator job ....................Meaning less Management...... ......Corrupt Hr Team.....they hire employees through consultancy by taking One salary.....Read More
