Good working environment, leave and Medical politics are good.

Dislikes

Too much salary discrimination. management doesn't cares our issues, all the policies and decisions are in fever of general duty people. Management not stick to the policies, policies may change surprisingly. No training, no growth , no knowledge gain. Poor increments , promotion is a myth. Too much traveling.
