Job security wise, company is very bad, they fire old employees without prior notice and did not give dues.they hold salary without any reason.work is different what they said in JD for e.g they can give accountant type work to a senior developer and if u refuse they will fire u and will not clear dues.

Work is under positive pressure. Nice exposure. Good support and guidance from the Learned and patient M.D. whose the source of inspiration.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
