I found nothing extraordinary about this organisation despite working many years, but I would really appreciate the HR team. It's very responsive and helpful, else there is nothing about this organisation meant to be appreciated.

Dislikes

The real problem is with management and managers. Managers at some sections are racist and have partial approach. Especially the management of Auto desk of Bengaluru head office. If you are from north, then you will really face problems here. Increament and salary is also not good. They provide very less salary and hold promotions. You will find the new joiners at your desk have more salary than you with same experience and that's really frustrating and demotivating....Read More
