Likes

The Management is very good, especially Mr. Anuj Gupta and Ms. Monika. The company's policies are very clear. There is a job security. The work culture is homely. The Management is always encouraging.

Dislikes

A slight better compensation would help it a worth working for the organization.

My job as aHead -HR was to implement the co.'s policies, payroll, recruitment, training and development, liaison with employers and job aspirants, administration.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
