Work life balance is not upto the mark & appraisel is ok. Fun activities and women safety are best in this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very challenging during WFH, most of the days are extending work after 8 PM. Every month last Saturday is mandatory working day for medical coding department. WFH benefits are very less when compare to other companies.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
