There is nothing much to like except for the fact that if you looking for sarkari type(if you know what I mean) company then you might like. You will be assigned a task and they will often forget to take follow-up or ask for a report of completion

Dislikes

There is no role or responsibility defined and you can be asked to work on any project based upon top management decisions. Management lacks decision-making skills and its mostly filled with people waiting for their retirement. Thats the very reason, they have shut down most of their plants and key businesses and only working based on tenders of Indian Railways. They tend to hire people from MNC's and OEM at higher packages and then fire them in a year or so thereby spoiling their career....Read More
