There is nothing to like about it. No professional environment, no professionalism in work, this organisation is running by a family so mostly employees are relatives of each and other, so how could you expect professional behaviour?

Dislikes

Each and everything, they don't provide salary to their employees. Waste of time.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
