There is lot of opportunity to learn new corporate related experience

There is no proper management i think so and there is no security and growth from management in my perspective

Work Details

Coming to my work it is little bit clerical work and streamlining of accounts. The company has implemented new erp integrated software has it is also challenging to me to dump the data and finalizing the financial statements for auditing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
