there is not which I like about the school it's the worst thing which happened in my career. School chairman is husband of the teacher . That particular teacher spolies the work atmosphere. Chairman takes feedback only from his wife . He doesn't listen to other teacher . All other teachers are always busy in buttering her . Quality of education is also not upto the mark . Teachers are targeted . Chairman appointment me only for my special education certificate for CBSE affiliation . Ones he got the affiliation he directly told me that the school doesn't need special educator any more ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
