Worst ever experience and never to suggest even my enemies for joining here. When they hire they make sure to leave no stone unturned to showcase their brand as the best but far away from reality. No process, no policy and no training given at all, day one they demand to work without even knowing the services. They force all new joinees to take free treatments which is seriously against personal ethics. Only men in this organization get a right to speak and by speak they can stoop down to level fat fetched. A woman by default must keep her mouth shut or they make sure to make her life hell. They need to be professional and follow at least certain protocols. Everything is a waste. The only good part was i learned (no formal training given by Oliva, i myself learnt through my own ways. All they highlight about training and quality is just a gimmick to suit their ends) about dermatology.
