Hello guys, if u have choice between do a job of wash bathroom or join olectra then its request to do a job of bathroom wash but please dont go in a worst company OLECTRA GREENTECH SOLUTION .Company increment of the employee salary by 5k rupees bt when he gave the resign HR says u have to pay company 21k which we gave increment so think what the level of this company . Im here from june2022 and now its jan2023 bt still i didnt recieve my ID card, Safety Shoes,Uniform,Medical card. At time of joining there is no written policy company provided or told to joiner when they want to resign the job then HR tells u the policies jst please claps for this worst company.........Read More
