Dear people, Don't dare to join here as sales employee as they can hire you on a good package but after that they will not give any increment for years and There is a part of salry goes to variable pay, they pay it after 7 months of years completion but if you left job then all the variable pay and benifit are deducted and they showthis as policy. They will never share policy to anyone. Kisi b baat ki koi sunwai nhi h, na aapke paas koi rights h, management is in the hands of lala, and it is wrost part of company. I had wasted 4 years here as I was performing employee of the Company. But On which salry I had joined okaya, I left on the same salry after four years.
