The most interesting thing is about OIL is that they were drilling with 30 years old rigs with the most cost effective manner, being a shift in-charge on these rig was almost challenge for me, crew were so friendly and helpful during operational hard times. I was on contract so in terms of career growth, i have no words to say but ihave seen company regular employees have better life after 4 -5 years of their initial phase of job in OIL....Read More
