The person who like to work in ongc will get immense flexibility in their personal and professional life, also you will get many opportunity to learn new things through training but in implementation phase there will be some issue, Teammates- where I have worked there I found my senior very supportive and helping, I can't say about appraisal because there is a huge organization politics but for salary part you will get handsome package and many benefits, allowance and perks that you don't have to worry about your family and children's future....Read More

The most disliking thing is working culture, the organization politics is so high that it make pyramid like structure; If you are performing person then u can get "n" numbers of work but at the time of appraisal you will not get appraised of what effort and hard work you have given; Those who are sycophant of senior will survive; You cannot use your own knowledge and innovation in any work; After working there for few months you will find that the work is not challenging and u will become lazy and you will start forgetting domain thing....Read More
