They offered 2months salary for all staffs during the covid time, it's so good and i appreciate it because no other company gave like that and during that quarantine ny family had struggled a lot in finance and my salary helped us to make food for us, thanks for that oia.

Dislikes

No job guarantee and no salary hike to be expected in oia but i loved to work in educational field seeing many aspirants preparing for there upsc and we are also a part to help them makes me a boost to tolerate all this.

As fresher you will enjoy your job here, I learned a lot here and there is no mediator in this office space you speak straight with your director regarding the works, no hierarchy status followed here everyone will do all types of jobs, Good luck.
