Are you serious? For this company liking is like Error code 404, i.e., Not found.

1. The HR department will say all kinds of lies in the recruitment process. They will never tell you about the two different Work Policies for Corporate and Non- Corporate Employees. 2. It is a strict Night shift job if you try to discuss it for a change they will reply you agreed at the interview so we will not change or leave the job. 3. No Cab service, No Cafeteria, No benefits or perks. If they say then they are lying. 4. The Main office of New York has turned a blind eye to these issues as they only focus on making a profit irrespective of harsh employee treatment. 5. If you are going for the interview watch out for these names a. Roshni, Suneet Minocha, Deepti Dingra from HR ( Biggest Hippocrates) b. Sankalp(AVP), Anjani(Director), Praveen(Sr. Manager), Sanjay(Assistant Manager): Ops Gurgaon Team, lie and make false promises. 6. There are no Leaves that you can take at all. All the leaves they show you are only for name sake to oblige with Govt norm. If you try to take even a single leave you are the enemy of the company. Worst place to work. Always threatens to throw out of you. Monopoly works in Operations Dept. other dept are good. But in Ops and as a TL you are like slave. Whenever they want they deduct salary and can not give proper explanation
