They do some dark shady thing. Somehow they know what we think and before you know it. Those things are implemented. Worst culture and favoritism. They do not know how to manage work and just believe in buttering. Do not fall for their high salary package. They will treat you as their pet if they want to and make you bark as they want. You may have to sniff the but of the top management to get your work done. No wonder these organizations have poor ratings. Money is not everything. No one can force to work.
