Nothing good, I can say about this company.

Dislikes

Absolutely a fraud start-up company. I haven't received my 5 months' salary from March 2020 to July 2020 and due to this, I have resigned from this company. Even though the salary was coming late after 15th of every month. No PF & other benefits were there.

I was working as a zonal business head in the eastern zone and handling branch operations in Kolkata with a team size of 7-8 persons.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Nothing. There is no appointment letter so they can fire you any time they want. Very backward. Politics.

Dislikes

Harassment. No place or proper desk alloted. No respect for women and also staff.

Kept shifting me from one department to another without my consent. Had to leave. No other option.
