I was working in Lucknow to develop software applications for government department. Working hours were good. Good support from management. Provides good salary as per industry norms.

Organization politics is much. Nativity exist, company trust on South people more than north. No variables pay, bonus or salary increments. They generally increment after 3 years only.

Karan Johar would love to work here. Everyone acts like the main vamp of indian daily sop. And if you get hired for Lucknow, then do check out their 'domain expert'. He introduces himself as having 12 years of experience and doesn't even know how to write a leave application. Only things he's expert is in fake killing his relatives f or leaves. One day he was joking to his side ch#k that people who worship Lord Shiv are drug addicts. Just a piece of advice for him, stop messing up with people you don't know or else walk carefully on roads, you won't be lucky everytime. There was one marketing manager atharuttin or whatever his name was, he had a talent of judging people by their name, so going by his name I bet he's a bigot. The other day he was wearing tonnes of fair and lovely and thought he's looking beautiful. oh no, you cant disagree with him, because in his head he's the Miss World and would make weird faces and remarks on every other person. The manager was one notch up. He has dementia and doesn't know how to give instructions, will act as your mother in law. He keep telling everyone to leave the job and when they do , he pretends all concerned infront of HR. See these grown up elderly men aspiring to be college girls.
