The management is really cooperative ( The Principal and Coordinators are really helping and friendly). You have good opportunity for Professional Development at Oakridge. There are growth opportunities too. I work in the residential school and they have provided good accommodation to the teachers.

Dislikes

Too much interaction with parents. Other than this, I love working in Oakridge. Everything is great.

Overall experience was good, we will learn how to upgrade ourselves. HR Keerthi ma'am is friendly will treat every employee the best and she'll be always there if you need her. EYFS team treat you like family.

Once a teacher always a teacher no career growth opportunities. At times need to expand our work hours it's not management fault but mid-senior level .
