Flexible timings so good work-life balance. You will get good opportunity to work on different projects. Nvidia work is bit different from other companies.

Dislikes

All your career path depend upon the manager. Apprisal happens on your personal relation with manager and not on the basis of work done. No transparency in this process. HR does not look into this. Lots of politics make you feel bad and disappoint you.

Work Details

My work at Nvidia is good. I am getting good opportunities to work and challenging jobs. But the sad part is I am not getting return whatever I am doing.
