I worked for almost 1.5 years. There is no work assurity, no hike and lot of stress and work pressure as the management itself is not focused on what's required and they keep changing requirements. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
