Working with NTTF I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in my field, and they have been incredibly generous with their time and expertise. Their mentorship and guidance have helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Dislikes

During my time at NTTF, I encountered some challenges related to management and work culture. In particular, I found the management to be unprofessional and unapproachable, which made it difficult to resolve issues and get support when needed. The work culture was also quite toxic, with a lack of HR support and inconsistent policiesthat seemed to vary from person to person. Moreover, I observed that managers would openly lie to employees and reject their requests under the guise of "fake" policies. This created a sense of distrust and disillusionment among employees.
