Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

HR policies are not transparent. They will give you false promises at the time of joining like joining bonus. They are even not paying notice pay money(3 months)which they promised they will pay us in order to make joining of candidate fast , travel and mobile allowances plus they even make to sign bonds if you want your notice pay money which they will not tell at the time of joining. Feels like being frauded. Truly pathetic. Pls pls don’t join at jharsuguda location. They even don’t have a HR team at site to address issues....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
