Don't join this company, they'll treat you as if you don't know anything. There's no senior leadership, the senior management consists of some brainless set of people.

The company has a lot to do with politics. Also the bond amount is a big issue. They can fire you anytime but if you leave the company even before 2 days of the bond's end they won't t consider to give you your experience letter and FnF. Complete SHIT! NO RESPECT is given to a person on notice period irrespective of what all he has done for the company.
