Group good.no job security. I have done job in this company from may 2013 to may 2020. With out any memos simply asked us to resign my job by Hr due to worst fellows like k. Venkata reddy who has done major damage to sirikuppa factory who entered into ksl sugars. I have achieved targets in cane development for 2times in our factory but no body in higher officials not looking after work but only personal targets. 6 employes who is responsible for cane development with their team removed Kurnool Division ACDO R Venkataswamy and Shanthi nagar ACDO P rajeswar rao they are not going to fields and submitting FTA Bills and R Venkata swamy his taking liquor long with field staff. In harvesting time they are collecting bribe from mechanical harvester owner by rising harvesting rate along with SMCD P V Satyanarayana reddy and K Venkatareddy not interested in plantation but coming to kurnool and his participating in parties along with SMCD P V Satyanarayana reddy. Only politics running in cane dept because of k.venkata reddy &B.yadagiri.they are not employes they are politicians simply remove these fellows then only cane dept will survive

Work Details

Tension job. They have paid farmers cane payments late &in installments in previous yrs disturbed farmers. But now cane payments done fast but reduced price which is not remunerative to farmers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
