I regret to say that my experience with NDML was not entirely satisfactory, and there are several areas where improvement is needed. 1. Lack of Project Understanding. The company's understanding of projects often fell short, leading to miscommunication and delivery of the project. 2. Outdated knowledge and methodologies. Unfortunate ly I observed that some long tenured seniors lacked updated knowledge and familiarity with modern methodologies. 3. Need for continious learning. 4. Support for Skill enhancement. 5. While leaving the company, I did not have an opportunity for an exit interview with SVP and MD, despite having multiple projects single handedly.
