Nothing. Let me address each point separately. Job Security- Zero. They have strict and utterly crap criteria to even make you a permanent employee in the first place. If at all you do end up getting that then there there a number of parameters which you must meet in order to be able to keep working in the firm. They threaten you of dire consequences if you commit a slightest mistake. Work Culture- The absolutely pointless work they do does not need any culture. It is absolutely individualistic and requires you to only finish certain documents a day. A 10th standard pass student can do this work. You do not need to go to law school for this. Management- No management at all. Company Policies- Cannot even begin to cover the horrible and useless policies. While you are in the probation period, they allow you to take no leaves (they say that you have a certain number of leaves but cut your pay for the day for each leave availed). They have a strict 8 hour work a day policy and if you work for even a minute less they cut you days pay for it. The work from office policies Overall- It is a mind-numbingly dumb place to work. There is absolutely no plus to working in this organisation. Even if one is not getting any other job, one shouldn't join this place as this place offers no growth, no prospects and no respect either. The work is tedious which requires a lot of attention to detail.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic. They point you out for every silly mistake and warn for serious consequences. Their expectations surpass the actually target by 300% and the entire time you work their, they make feel like a piece of crap who knows nothing about the work. The management doesn't let you grow if you are knowledgeable because they depend on politics for survival.
