If we have patience then they will surely appreciate your patience and provide a good position. Other things such as infrastructure, compensation, salary and some benefits are excellent. Though high level management seems to change many things for employees and company growth, still there is a lack. We cannot blame the high level management for everything but if they concentrate in the below mentioned issues, really Nova Techset is the place to settle. As I am working as senior copy editor, I won't say work pressureas an issue but there is an environment where an editor cannot concentrate in the work (it may be technical or language editing). One thing I want to say is if anyone work here for more than 2+ years then he/she will be given full rights to hurt their colleagues and also the management people....Read More
